This is an Original
Douglas Factory Model which was produced in the early 1960s by the
Douglas Aircraft Model Shop / Marketing Aids. I acquired it on
September 10, 2001 from an Antique Dealer in New York City. When I
received this model it was in Fair to Poor Condition and Badly Needed
Restoration. Fortunately My Partner, Bob Sanford, Volunteered to
Restore It and did an Outstanding Job - Thank You Bob! Even though it
has been Restored it still Retains All of The Original Decals and Paint
Scheme.
